Our Story
The BWDC is a membership-based hub where doulas come together to work in collaboration rather than isolation. We are a collective of independent, contracted doulas united by a shared commitment to compassionate, community-centered
care through birth, death, dying, and grief.

BWDC exists to support both the people we serve and the doulas who serve them—creating a trusted place of connection, education, and shared wisdom. Families and individuals can choose from a diverse buffet of doulas and services, while doulas
receive the support and structure needed to grow sustainable, heart-led practices.​​​​
